Job Description:

The National Water Business Line of AECOM is actively seeking a Vice President, Director, Construction Management, Americas Water PM/CM reports to the Director PMCM to support Business Line growth objectives and application of best practice standards of PM/CM delivery to improve delivery performance.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
Collaborate with Americas Water Regional Business Lines and Market Sectors to increase CM market share
Support major external and internal outreach effort to Clients, Regional Business Lines, Market Sectors, and other AECOM business lines to provide clear vision and understanding of Water PMCM capabilities and delivery standards.
Identify and support recruitment of CM talent to lead major projects
Support PM and CM engagements with startup, application of delivery standards and processes, and quality assurance of implementation and delivery.
Conduct reviews of Water PMCM delivery and compile and disseminate lessons learned
Assist Director PMCM and collaborate with Director, Program Controls to maintain, apply, and improve Americas Water best practice PMCM delivery standards and processes.
Attend and present at conferences and technical seminars to support AECOM marketing
Manages or provides oversight on a portfolio of projects or capital program(s) of significant size and complexity, and significant financial impact.
Provides strategic plan and delivery on key client and program success; has broad program management impact.
Prepares and delivers presentations on behalf and in support of the clients program.
Serves as the single point of contact to the client and acts as a liaison between management and clients on advanced program-related issues.
Interacts with executive level government or public officials and/or executive level clients on significant program matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
Assesses and manages risk on behalf of the client.
Certification preferred.
Minimum Requirements

+ Bachelors Degree + 12 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership

Preferred Qualifications

+ 20+ years Water Construction industry experience

+ Extensive knowledge of National municipal water market

+ Ability to broad scan other water related end markets and to assist in strategy development

+ Agile response to fast paced, complex work environment and organizational change
