Dear Hiring-Manager:

This letter is to express my interest in bringing my years of experience as a construction project manager, construction project superintendent, construction inspector, and owners representative, to your attention in consideration of an employment opportunity with your organization. In todays ever changing market where quality of workmanship, diligence to contracted terms, and superior management skills are integral to remain competitive, it is vital to hire proficient personnel with proven record of achievement. I think that my qualifications are what you are seeking and I am eager to extend my expertise and ambition to your company.
With more than eighteen years of experience in using knowledge of engineering and architectural practices, construction technology, and building materials to carry out responsibilities pertaining to construction management, I have proven that I am a skillful, talented and highly creative construction management professional. I am a proven leader, who is ambitious and action-oriented with the ability to get things done correctly. I am a detailed-oriented and conceptual thinker, who is a proven problem-solver that meets demanding objectives while winning cooperation at all levels. I have the ability to adapt to and overcome different situational challenges that others may see as roadblocks, and work with teams and crewmembers of various levels of training. I also have experience getting in front of VPs, Sales Managers, and Designers, to work with plans, determine costs, and evaluate project feasibility.
Though my resume is quite informative, it cannot fully profile the manner in which I have been successful - my personality and desire to contribute. This can only be accomplished in a face-to-face meeting where we can exchange information and examine whether there might be an employment opportunity that is of mutual interest. I welcome the opportunity of an interview, if you feel, as I do, that I would be a contributing asset to your team to fill any immediate or anticipated position. I look forward to speaking with you soon.
