Job Duties:

* Oversee and provide direction on multiple projects simultaneously
* Prepare procedures and job progress reports
* Develop new business opportunities
* Travel to the project sites
* Provide direction and management for the field superintendents, project engineers, and project managers
* Create project schedules for the field personnel

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management or Engineering is highly preferred
* Proven commercial construction experience in an executive level project management role, with projects such as retail, education, and health care
* Qualified applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Individuals must be able to supervise, motivate, and lead a team to a final goal
* Excellent time management skills
* Must have strong organization skills
* Applicants must be able to travel to the project sites
