Demolished corridors and replaced with rated walls/doors and brought the entire building up to ADA requirements. Project completed within a 12 month schedule and achieved a 7% margin. Prepared and supervised estimated costs. • Remodeled (4) 3-story United States Air Force dormitories with approximately 240,000 square feet. Charged with demolishing entire buildings to shell condition and rebuilt entirely with all systems and materials. As a result, completed on time and scheduled all aspects of the contract valued at $12 million and achieved a 7% margin, self- performed carpentry. • Constructed on time 3 industrial projects for the United States Air Force that focused on asbestos abatement, as well as demolishing and rebuilding all mechanical systems, chillers, boilers/steam piping, electrical systems, steel structure frames and finishes. Competitive bid contract valued at $ 7.5 million and resulting in a 10% margin. • Built concurrently in 13 months, 2 public schools with a combined 110,000 square feet of capacity, including all carpentry and foundation work, lath/plaster, and thin brick exteriors.
