Career Highlights
  • Chosen by Wyndham in 2007 to serve as a key speaker on the presentation team that presented the company’s development and sales vision to a 3,000 vacation owner’s audience at a conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, including, follow-up questions from the audience, generated from the presentation excitement over current and upcoming Wyndham resorts.
     
  • Successfully partnered with the City of San Francisco to completely restructure an existing hotel to a luxury multi-family project during a period where the city had a moratorium in place that prohibited additional apartment projects.
     
  • Assigned upon hire a 200 unit apartment permit ready project in Santa Rosa, California, for Lennar Affordable Communities. Due to a previous miscalculation of permit fees and failure to conduct their own soils report, the project was $948,000 over budget. Successfully valued-engineer project to bring it back into budget. Consequently, made a presentation to the City of Santa Rosa’s Design Review Board and obtained approval on an external siding change for the entire project.
     
  • Secured during first weeks of employment with Inland Construction and Development Company in Spokane, Washington, Inlands first construction contract with Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Inc, valued at $10 million. This project was $1+ million over budget prior to construction and Inland was able to get the Wyndham team back on track. Consequently, Inland was invited to negotiate for additional projects and up to 2008 had built 5 projects with total combined contract value of $75 million.
