winter conditions.

cash injection that carried the company through the winter and invested part of
proceeds in successful branding and web site projects.



Accelerated cash flow and
streamlined operations. 
The average GreenPoint loan
required mountains of documents subject to multiple overlapping reviews.
  Revised workflow.
Architected and installed new fully connected and integrated web AI system.  Increased productivity and drove cash flow
from $8B to $32B.



Built an e-commerce department.  Formed and led a team that created an enterprise AI-Web solution using outside vendors,
off-shore help and the inside team.  Put
together the e-commerce infrastructure that supported growth of loan
applications from $23M to $1.2B. 
Improved cash flow 12 days on $2B a month.



Facilitated information sharing among
sister companies. 
Oversaw the program in which GreenPoint
Corporate IT
