Extensive experience in Contract Management includes the drafting, analysis and negotiations of the following type contracts and projects from $1MM to $19MM:
Public: Schools, Municipalities (city, county) (erection and fabrication)

Managed the Fleet Management program, including vehicle evaluation, repair, routine, preventative maintenance, purchasing, leasing, policies record-keeping.
