   Business Transformation $30M container manufacturer that primarily produces products for the Energy, Oil and Gas Industry.   Results:  Increased EBITDA at least 50% by aligning product pricing with an activity based cost model and increasing used product sale margins.  Added additional EBITDA thru increased parts and service revenue.  Trained sales associates in selling custom solutions at increased profit margins and standard products based on centerline designs. 

   Engineering, Product Development and Supply Chain Responsible for Engineering, ISO9000 Compliance, Inventory Management, vendor qualification and min/max system type of replenishment.  Results:  Streamlined engineering drawings by reducing complexity 25%.  Created two new tank concepts and submitted a patent application for a new tank design.  Increased inventory turns by 30%, purged 80% of slow moving inventory and reduced stock outages by at least 50%.

General Manager Kaiser Bellwood; Richmond VA Aluminum Casting, Tube Mill, and Extrusion Facility

   $100 Million P&L GM (Finance & Sales Strategy Included):  Responsible for 5 Extrusion Presses, 3 melting furnaces, 2 homogenization furnaces, 2 casting pits, 3 draw benches, 1 roll straightener, machine, & die shop.  Light assembly and manufacturing of Aluminum Drive Shafts for American Axle, Dana, and NEAPCO.   Hands on style manager, originally responsible for 200+ employees.  Results:  Successfully implemented a lean transformation in 6 months resulting in $10 Million annualized cost savings and a 50% improvement in EBITDA.  Improved productivity by 30%, delivery by 20% and quality by 25%.  Reduced TAKT time by 30% and improved overall raw material recovery by 10%. 



   Sales and Marketing:  Met with customers to win new business, increase market penetration, & strengthen brand image.  Managed inside sales and automotive sales to Tier 1 Suppliers.  Managed quotations and activity based costing.  Results:  Increased Automotive Sales Revenue by 150% by securing Toyota Truck Program & integrating light assembly.  Increased sales revenue overall by 30%, increased profit margins by 5-8%, and extended commitment on 50% of key contracts.
