Compiled, analyzed and presented operating budgets on 1.6 million square feet of commercial, industrial and retail properties with an annual revenue base of $12.5 million.
Assist District Manager and Acquisition Group in acquiring new properties and assist the Disposition Group in the sale of properties.
As the Chief Engineer responsibilities included the supervision of three Operations Technicians, identifying building problems, diagnosing causes and determining corrective actions, coordination of contractors, establishing system policies and procedures, contract negotiations, bidding and coordination of all tenant construction including space planning, project estimating and job cost monitoring.
Personally directed the retrofit of a complete Energy Management System, improving overall efficiency and effectiveness with an estimated annual saving of $60,000 per year for a three building complex.
