Achievements: Twenty (20) years experience in field administration including submittal routing and review, document control, field inspections, issuing deficiency notices, code enforcement, reviewing payroll and monthly invoicing, reviewing construction documents and preparing estimates and justification reports for change orders. Sixteen (16) years writing, implementing and executing the quality control/assurance programs. Sixteen (16) years assisting with the coordination of all trades including civil, building, plumbing, mechanical and electrical and fire. Twelve (12) years developing and implementing preliminary design concepts through the final construction phases and final turnover to the owner. Two (2) years supervising lead based paint abatement including record and routing of required paperwork. Coordinating building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire categories for overall review and code compliance. Provides information for permitting requirements and assists in technical and administrative problems.
