Shiloh IV Wind Energy Project-Rio Vista, California
$37 Million- (50) REpower Wind Turbines including 16 square miles of site development, foundations, underground electric collection system, substation,
O & M Building and site restoration.
 
Rolling Hills Wind Energy Project-Massena, Iowa
$105 Million- (193) Siemens Wind Turbines including 62 square miles of site development, foundations, underground electric collection system and site restoration.

Riley Hospital for Children- Simon Family Towers-Indianapolis, Indiana

$490 Million Joint Venture-1.6 million total SF-consisting of 1 million SF of Exhibition Hall with (2) 4 level concourses, connecting walkways and bridges on 300 acres of site development. Primarily responsible for $160 Million directly attributable to the superstructure of the facility.
      
GEICO Regional Customer Telephone Service Centers-Lakeland, Florida and Macon, Georgia
 
$44 Million –600,000 SF-(2) 4 story office buildings with penthouse inclusive of Kitchen/Dining facility, Computer Data and access floor production areas all surrounded by over  35 acres of site development.
 
 Responsible for Preconstruction services for the following project:

 Copperfield’s Magic Undergound-MGM Studios-Orlando, Florida
 $22.85 Million-5 -level dinner theater inclusive of theming, illusions, tunnel    and Sitework.
