Job Description:
This position is responsible for managing all design and construction aspects related to capital improvements in company owned, leased and JV hotels in the Northeastern United States. This includes oversight of programming, budgeting, scheduling and procurement functions to deliver high quality facilities on time and within the approved budget.
Basic Qualifications
Must office in New York or Virginia proximity.
Four (4) year college degree or significant work experience in lieu thereof
Significant experience of seven (7) or more years in design & construction roles, including three (3) years of management experience.
Ability to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree preferred
Ten (10) years of hospitality industry experience preferred, with a mix of experience from capital projects roles.
In-depth knowledge of project programming, scheduling, budgeting and procurement.
