Salary, Benefits & Job Offer Questions

Why to Say "Hmmm" to the First construction salary Offer?

Add Answer

If the job responsibilities and title are the same when making the job move, construction executives should expect a pay increase of 10% to 15%. When the new position involves greater responsibility, a construction executive should expect a pay increase of 15% to 20%. In some cases a construction executive can achieve a larger percentage change, but this is rare. When a construction executive make a job change for reasons other than pay (title, job responsibilities, company culture, equity, etc.), it is common for there to be no pay change, or a modest pay change of 5% to 10%.
