Interviewing & Job Hunting Questions

How do I show the interviewer that my cutting edge ideas are right for them?

Add Answer
Be careful here. When you are in an construction interview, you need to be able to display your skills, your professionalism, and the fact that you are an asset. However, unless you have done some very deep research about the construction employer and the market they occupy, you should probably refrain from trying to revamp their processes, procedures, or market approach during an construction interview. You may have great, cutting edge ideas, but you need to relate them to problems the construction employer is trying to solve. If you can't trace your ideas to their bottom line, consider getting to know the operation better before trotting them out.
