Interviewing & Job Hunting Questions

How can I Improve my chances of getting the job after being out on disability?

Add Answer

It is discriminatory to hold one's disability against one during a job interview. However if the disability prevents a construction candidate from conducting the job effectively then it can be used against a construction hire. If you have proven evidence that your disability is no longer an issue, then you should present that evidence during the interview -doctor's advice, proven accomplishments, etc.
