Salary, Benefits & Job Offer Questions

How should I handle the increased workload during downsizing?

Add Answer

If you find yourself taking on greater responsibility you should make sure that extra responsibility is deserving greater pay before seeing a raise. However it never hurts to ask your construction manager if he or she intends to offer you any additional financial reward for the additional responsibilities.
