Interviewing & Job Hunting Questions

How can I reach an employer contact directly when looking for a job?

Add Answer
Of course the best way is to call into the firm and ask who runs the department and ask to be transferred to him or her. If they direct you to HR, then you may need to use your networking skills and contacts to find out who is in charge of the hire. Linkedin.com offers a great resource for identifying people and titles, but often the firm's website will provide these details. Added by:- Hornberger Management Company
