Employer Hiring & Recruitment Questions

How important are Background Checks and Reference Checks?

Add Answer
Hiring is becoming more and more sophisticated as executive job seekers become increasingly savvy, and the cost of a bad hire continues to rise. There are countless training facilities, literature and counselors that can prepare job seekers to have the Right Resume, and make the Right First Impression.
To offset the risks, employers are requiring background checks and reference checks as standard procedures in the hiring process. Many employers will not interview an executive job seeker until his or her references have been checked and credentials confirmed. If there is bad news, employers want to know about it before they go too far into the hiring process. Added by:- Admin
