Executive Coaching is a popular strategy to help executives become the best leader they can be, but it also be an excellent means to attract and retain top talent, and serve as an excellent alternative to a cash bonus. Most executives like the idea of having a personal career coach because it provides increased career satisfaction, and raises an executive's leadership, management and production levels. Executive Coaching is used by employers to help improve staff productivity, but it is also a carrot most executives want for themselves. Attracting and retaining top executive talent can be a challenging task in today's economic times, but instead of missing a bonus for top producers, many employers are utilizing Executive Coaching as an alternative to a sign on bonus for a new hire, or a promotion/performance bonus for an existing executive.
