Employer Hiring & Recruitment Questions

Do I have to answer questions from the executive in a quick meeting?

Add Answer
It's polite to allow an executive to ask their questions before the meeting is over, and to provide them answers.
However, if the meeting has exceed the allotted time scheduled, you can let them know you are pleased with their answers and would like to meet with them again but that you have gone over your schedule and cannot continue the meeting any further.
Since you the construction employer scheduled the meeting you are the one who dictates the content of the meeting and not having time to answer questions should be understandable.
Always remember to discuss in the beginning of the meeting what the objective is and note the time schedule. Tell them you would like to spend some time getting to know them based on their impressive resume, and if there is time, you would like to answer any questions they may have. Added by:- Admin
